* I spent most of the day making phone calls to my teammates that worked with me on the pilot last June.

* I missed purposely missed an opportunity for some Haunted Attraction at Santa Monica Place Actors. There was a force keeping me in the bed. It was a minimum wage gig anyway. They wanted actors with improv skills to stay in character for a period of 5 hours. I'm sure its some Halloween attraction. I'm glad I missed this. It probably would been a waste of time and energy.

My agent got me a Samsung audition today at 1035 S. La Brea Avenue.
Myself and two others sing Happy Birthday to a X on a white wall twice. Each time was a little different.  I was blessed to get a ride there from my landlords friend Susan. She dropped by to give me some casting information and she ending up offering me a ride. On the way back from an audition at Warner Bros earlier this month she saw me on the road gave me a ride home .

* Other than watching The Vampire Diaries, I was on the grind, organizing  sending out emails and preparing for the next phase.

Final Thoughts

It took me almost two years to realize that I have to shave once or twice a day to relive my face of ingrown hairs. Things got better in June but its near perfection now. :-)

It was either Friday, September 14th or Saturday, September 15th I received a surprise call from Rebecca Purdum Honett. The call extended an invitation to be apart of her web series. With very few questions I accepted with great gratitude.

Final Thoughts

Rebecca and I are both with First Class Talent Agency. The last time I saw her was about a year ago at this photo shoot, Photography Love (She's not seen on the link). Rebecca and her husband Chris showed some of the best hospitality that could possibly be provided on a production set. They verbalized their appreciation several times throughout the day and they were so grateful. They expressed much concern about my schedule for the day and for how I was feeling. The past two days I've been burnt and so just being part of their vision to boost my energy was a gift to me more than they could ever realize.

I'm even grateful that they picked me up and dropped me off. It would of took close to two hours to arrive at the location by public transportation. I ended up being in 3 scenes and after ever take their reaction was beyond pleased. Especially with the Chris Brown parody. I'm not a dancer. I'm even horrible at being a horrible dancer but they love everything I did. Chris Honett acknowledge my Chris Brown performance as 120%. Their awesome director John J. Byford mirrored Chris's compliments as well as other crew members. Overall, I don't think their was a moment I we crossed Chris he didn't express his appreciation to me.

I look at this production as a hallmark in my quest. 3 days before today was my 2 year anniversary, leading me into my sophomore year of my quest. Not even a full week into my sophomore and I've already upgraded my participation level as an actor in a project that wasn't one of my own. All in one day, I hadspeaking lines, danced, kicked a dog and did some voice over work. The amount of work in this one project is very significant in many ways.

As I close this post out, two things stick out in my mind the most.

1. Once again my blog talk radio show has assisted in merging an substantial working relationship.

2. Two years in Hollywood means something. It shows to those that have their eyes open that I'm consistent and I'm here to stay. Upon pick up, Rebecca and Chris told me they've been wanting to work with me for a while. The opportunity obviously arrived at the best of times.

As professional and appreciative Rebecca and Chris was throughout the shoot, it was also extremely inspiring to see a couple in Hollywood equally yoked in a industry that is known for tearing relationships apart.

I wish noting but an abundance of success to Chris and Rebecca Honett. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Final Thoughts

These are all the photos I took with my camera but I went to work with MoeHeat's camera.
Not long after I got in, I offered my assistance which allowed him to reveal himself from one of several hats he was wearing. Since we met, we've have a few conversations about working with each other. Tonight was the first time and I'm sure we'll work together again. MoeHeat showed his sincere appreciation for helping. He's one of the most sincere and appreciate guys I've since I've been in L.A.

* Stayed in pajamas all day to finally complete my 2011 income taxes.

* A random call from my agent came in. She called just to share her excitement and to ask how my audition at Warner Brothers went last week. She started by excusing herself from calling on a Sunday but there was no apology necessary in which I told her. My agent really really feels like my time is coming soon. She puts me in her top 3 clients to bring big as a series regular soon. She predicts that time may come by the end of the year early next hear.

* I spent the day on feet shopping for props for my photo shoot. When to Best Buy and considered buying a new battery for my Cannon 30D. Not realizing they don't sell that battery type anymore. I thought its the same battery used for the 5D. Before all that I got a call from DJ Blenz. He put me on to some interesting information about housing. Oddly enough, this same day, I was actually thinking about my living situation and how to get out. I called the Housing Authority the following Monday.  I Lastly I enjoyed a fantastic Monkey Butler Improv show.

Final Thoughts

So the special invitation came from De'Jong Cockrell in the photo above. She actually the 3rd girl to be Excused from Excused. I was the first guy to be Excused from Excused of course. After she was Excused during lunch she invited me to her show. Since I am a man of my word, I came to support her show which happens to be at the same Theatre I'm always at. 

We made an immediate connection when the show was off which was far greater than what I expected. Spontaneously she caught the Wonder women show together and I treated her to a bite to eat at Subway. It was a near perfect ending of a night. I was confident that we came out of the show as  winners and not as a loser as it appears. Nevertheless, what ever sparked today ended and reverted right back to official real life Excused status on Saturday night.
