Weekly Written Review
For the past few days I became a total solar eclipse specialist. All this talk about the eclipse coming got me researching and wondering what exactly does it represent? Why is it so special? Some say it has a lot to do with the protest and riots in Charlotteville, VA and other incidents around the world. Peoples emotions are high and the eclipse/mercury retrograde has a lot to do with it. Moreover, one of the first things I learned is that this is the first total solar eclipse in 99 years to stretch coast-to-coast across the United States, and the first to grace the skies of the lower 48 states in 38 years. Eclipses are rare natural phenomenons also believed to bring meaning and significance to our lives and can be an accelerator of growth. Without a second thought I started to align myself with this phenomenon to be leverage to my advantage.
Bottom line eclipses represent new beginnings, they represent reform, a time of transition and I did everything in my knowledge to capitalize on that. On Sunday my friend and I did an spiritual prosperity bath and I spoke into existence specifically what I want, desire, and deserve from the world. The bath included warm salt water and warm honey water with my personal cologne and yellow flower petals.
On the day of the Eclipse made sure I was outside walking. Los Angeles didn't get the true eclipse effect but the energy was present. Two days before the eclipse I even called my mom and shared the knowledge with her. I highly encouraged her to be prayed up and meditate. Towards the end of the eclipse day I recall being extra mellow and poised. I did however get goose bumps when watched the full eclipse on the internet.
This week marks the beginning of my new life filled with prosperity and abundance which I admit began quite immediately.

Week 360: Bad Decisions? Let's Feed Some Seeds
Weekly Written Review
This week started out as a bummer. I probably made a bad decision then again maybe it was a good decision. Who knows? I accepted a gig that needed up being in the middle of nowhere at a landfill and I had to wear a banana suit. What made this gig so frustrating is that they provided the information to me really late and the directions was horrible. I thought I could walk the distance from where the bus dropped me off but that wasn't not possible. Thank God a city worker noticed me asked me a few questions and gave me a ride to the location. I wasn't pleased during the shoot. Time was being wasted, they didn't plan things out appropriately and it was hot and very dusty. I'm not one to complain but this was unacceptable. I can only blame myself for accepting the gig. I took a few days before I accepted the gig. I didn't even submit for it. I was actually requested to be apart of this because of a previous project I worked on with the director. I appreciated the fact the he kept me in mind. Nonetheless, I saw the red flags in the beginning with the lack of information that should of been provided in advance. Aside from all that, one of my agents got me an audition on the day of. I couldn't make it. That wasn't a big deal. Then a few hours into the shoot I got a notice for a straight to callback for Covergirl. Just great. I was in the middle of nowhere and I'm missing a straight to callback. Oh well. You live and you learn. I made 100 bucks and missed my Monday tennis session. The question that I will never know is if I would've ever got that Covergirl gig.
Enough of my complaining. The best decision I did make this week was to financially support two actors crowdfunding campaigns. It was uplifting and I look forward to doing that more often. The first person told me about her campaign a few weeks ago. The second person informed me of her campaign in February but I was tight on money then. Since I'm currently in the spirit of giving I contacted her and sent her a donation via Venmo. In the mist of both of these donations, another Late Night Experiment alumni informed me of her campaign. In about a months time, once my pockets recover a little I also plan to support her. Another great thing that happened this week is my efforts to start casual reading. I went to my storage and dusted off Backstage at The Tonight Show from Johnny Carson to Jay Leno by Don Sweeny.

Week 359: It's Not Making Any Sense
Weekly Written Review
Here's what's not making any sense. I'm not complaining that I'm not booking but I can't even get a callback for some reason. A callback should be automatic for some of these auditions. I don't get it. At least two auditions this week should of granted me a callback. My Clash Royal audition and the Project X audition I had on Thursday. I was told by the casting director herself who stood outside the room as if she was waiting to tell me that the callbacks are on Saturday. Inside the room the camera guy complimented me multiple times and when I got out the room the casting directing was standing right in front of the door. I learned something that day while waiting and having friendly conversation with one of the staff members. If the casting directing isn't in the room she's watching from a live feed in the back room. I kind of knew that before but it was reinforced today. I also thought the casting director probably watched the recordings later. Moreover, I got out the room, I was introduced to the casting director, she greeted me and asked a question about my name. She told me herself that callbacks are on Saturday. We laughed and as I departed, just before I could close the door behind me she looked at me with a big smile and said something in the likes of, "You have a lovely face." I left that place more than confident I would at the very least have a callback on Saturday. I was sure of it. I would've bet on it. As a result, nothing. I'm in shock. I don't get it...Oh well...Let's just keep it moving...
