* Weho Basketball. 3 for 3 in shots. In my last game, I put my team up with the last two baskets. A 3 and a rebound, then put back. After each shot, our opponent shot back-to-back easy 3s. No defence. It was so deflating.

Basketball play increased this week, which is good, but I've realized I've grown to like shootouts more than games. A lot of team games are not good for my mental health. Too much bad basketball. Not enough team play.Weekly Written Review

I have great TV service, but it sometimes has connection issues. I was advised to use a VPN in the past, but it seemed complicated and expensive. After being pushed to the edge, I finally tried Proton VPN, and it's neither complicated nor expensive. It's the complete opposite, and it solved my connection problem. Now I'm in TV service paradise.

Before sleeping, I consider watching shows I need to finish, but my spirit currently isn't interested in consuming all that violence and choice dialogue. I often get sleepy from searching for something to watch. This week, I landed on Ducktales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp, and it became an instant nostalgia takeover. I loved this show as a child, and I still do. After the movie, I started on the show. It's been so long, but there are sequences I vaguely remember. I'm so into DuckTales right now, I purchased the original and remastered video games on Steam. I can't help but smile while viewing. Great stories. Great characters! Great voices. Sweet memories.* DJ Practice...

What I appreciate most about my new DJ journey is that it has finally inspired me to organize my music and sound effects. Using specific commands, I located all my audio files, made copies, and began the prep. It's a lot, which has been consuming most of my time. Before now, after a project, I wouldn't have easy access to these files, and if I needed something as simple as a heartbeat, I would do a new search. Not anymore. Now I have an audio database.

I'm not a real DJ, but I've been enjoying the preparation process. My algorithm is mostly DJing videos lately. Learning the art and some of the techniques has been enjoyable. At some point, I'll experiment with what I learned at The Y. That's good enough for me.* Pickleball Bodakan...

Back in college, when I was producing my second album, I was all in on the equipment. At times, my equipment came in handy for student talent shows, and I experimented with DJ-ing. I'm on a similar path now. While my first album remaster is in post-production, I'm aligning some tools to revigorate my rusted DJ career. lol
