Week 678: Prep Season Approaching and A Soft Launch

Weekly Written Review 

In an email, I got a question about one of my upcoming projects and it went from being a single title to a docuseries. Bottom line, it's almost time to start developing. I'll be ready during the holidays. 

Since July 19th, I've checked Amazon daily, waiting for AOH to arrive. Since August, I started checking Amazon and Tubi for it's arrival. Since Amazon was first, I was expecting it any day now. To my surprise, it arrived on Tubi on Friday and ignited immediate preparation. A soft launch, setting myself up for a full launch next week.

Week 677: Twilight is Back!

Weekly Written Review 

Last week I paid $5.00 to submit to a role with a 90's description. First time I submitted to anything in a long while. I paid for the submission because I don't have a subscription. To my surprise, I wasn't selected but I began wondering if I should reenter the life of auditions again. I concluded, yes and no. Mostly no because I don't want to fully indulge in that type of life anymore but I'll take whatever comes to me. Then on Wednesday, I received a surprise email from my agent from over 3 1/2 years ago. They're back in business and it appears we're a team again.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, they vanished without explanation. Now that they're back, an explanation would be nice but it's not that serious. I'll take the representation and keep it moving. If I book one or two things and put a little money in my pocket, why not. This came without effort and I have no expectations. That's my preferred approach to the entertainment industry.

Week 676: First TIme Golfer

Weekly Written Review 

I played golf for the first time on Friday. It was cool. The experience was a little rushed because a group behind. Golf isn't my favorite but I'll try it again. I'm more interested in trying miniature golf next time before I go on a 9-hole field again. I need to work my way up. I was very raw on Friday. Most were bad hits but I got a few good ones in between.
