Weekly Written Review
Overall having writing partners has been a positive experience. Less stress on the mind when two of them combine. It's a relationship and there will be challenges. I currently have two writing partners. I do all the typing with one script and the writing is shared with the other. We assigned ourselves to a few pages last week and shared our work to each other this week. I must admit, upon first read I had some concerns but we talk things out very well. There's no doubt we'll see things differently from time to time but its good to know common ground won't be hard to find.

After much success and disappointment from hosting live talk shows in his hometown Tampa, FL, this seeker relocated to Los Angeles, CA on September 19, 2010 to begin an epic journey that does not consist of a plan B. Virtually unknown in the entertainment industry, this brave man is in pursuit of one goal & purpose; to become a nationally syndicated late night talk show host. This is the quest of Motown Maurice. Week 456: 3 Days of Writing
Weekly Written Review
It's only been my second week in a row with my new work system but so far so good. It's effective and I like it. I've dedicated Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesday to writing. Then my weekend basically begins on Thursday. I no longer overwork myself. Playing is far more important. I've cut back on sports but I've participated in much basketball and tennis over the past couple of years body doesn't know the difference. Besides, writing is far more exhausting than any physical activity.

Week 455: I'm Writing Doubles
Weekly Written Review
Not only am I writing a new script, but I'm also writing two scripts with two different people. It's a dream scenario. I've always desired to develop a creative project with a partner now it's happening twice. I've kinda been on a vacation for over two years in terms of consistent workload/development.
Now I'm back, stronger than ever. It's good to be back.

* Attempted to play basketball but the gym courts were reserved for a special event. Can't they just send out an email to inform the members? On the bright side, there was a street festival and Mr. T was there. I asked to join my project on Instagram and he did. Then I connected with another basketball buddy who was also disappointed with that we could play ball and he treated me for lunch. It ended up being a good day.

Week 454: Ugly is Back but Not For Long
Weekly Written Review
So many great things happened his week yet at the core there was a lot of ugly. I just got back from Colorado last week with a slew of ideas but not quite in the state of mind to start writing. From that aspect, it was rough but the start of something great is always dirty. I tend to start off this way. By the end of the week, I fully transitioned my mind for intensive writing. Aside from that, I got an email notice that my script advanced to the quarterfinals in a contest I previously submitted to. I'm not sure if I was shocked but there certainly was an element of surprise. I'm not paying attention to the announcement dates so that plays a role. Then on Thursday, I had my first writers meeting with my new writing partner and it was highly productive. I ended the week basically overloaded with the power to press forward into the world of creative writing. It's hard to believe May is over. I spent about half of it in Colorado and now I'm back with my superpowers. Let's go!
