* Used a guest pass at LA Fitness and played full court basketball for the first time since 2020. I blocked my own teammate. That was terrible. It was a good block too but against the wrong person. It was embarrassing but oh well. I didn't score. The run didn't feel too bad on my body but that's probably because the court is short.
