Week 579: Don't Wake Me Up!

Weekly Written Review 

Lately, I wake up wishing I could stay asleep indefinitely. 

For several years, I use to do approximately 30 push-ups once a day. It's been hard to motivate myself to do that recently. Now I'm on a new push-up schedule. The plan is to do multiple sets of push-ups before I play tennis. So far I like it. I've even included Ring Fit into the workout.
