Week 659: Almost Done For Real For Real

Weekly Written Review

I really thought I was done with the series then I discovered a color correction trick. That means I must return to every clip and add an adjustment layer. Frustrating but very worth it.

Week 658: Never Ending Reviews, Renders & Corrections

Weekly Written Review

I'm so close, yet so far. Perfection isn't the goal. The series has plenty of imperfections. I'm just doing my best to clean up the flaws. Somehow, every time I review it, I find more errors. The goal is to finalize it in a state where a remaster isn't needed a couple months after submission.

Week 657: RIP Godmom

Weekly Written Review

I woke up Tuesday morning to sad news about my aunt in N.Y. She didn't have children of her own and in many ways, she loved me like her own child. My aunt was very special to me. My most significant childhood appreciation was the fact she bought me my first Nintendo when my parents wouldn't. We were close, but in recent months, I have chosen not to be. I don't view my actions as regret, but I do wish she didn't worry so much and that we had more productive conversations. Perhaps I was wishing too much.

Upon the news, I was planning to go to my birthplace to take care of her arrangements, but her siblings have their own ideas, and I will respect them. In the depths of my heart, I wish I had the privilege to be there in her last moments.

I love you, Aunty Bern. I will honor you by bringing good to the world using all the love you have invested in me.
